Bugatti — Destrier: See it on our 2026 Concept Lawn

August 15, 2026

The Bugatti Destrier—the sculpture of speed. The unbridled power of the W16 engine, housed in an automotive work of art that blurs the lines between the racetrack and the road. Elegance and grace combined with proportions never before seen on a Bugatti, designed to evoke emotion and endure through time.

Following the Bugatti Brouillard and the F.K.P. Hommage, the brand now presents the third creation from the “Programme Solitaire.” Bugatti has revived the art of coachbuilding with this program, dedicated to creating truly bespoke, one-of-a-kind vehicles that celebrate the brand’s rich heritage while pushing the boundaries of personalization and craftsmanship.

This art has flowed through Bugatti’s DNA for over a century. From the timeless designs of Jean Bugatti to the masterful sculptures of Rembrandt Bugatti, the pursuit of singular automotive artistry has defined the marque since its inception. Now it is being driven to unprecedented heights.

Named after a knight’s most prized horse, the Destrier draws its design inspiration from the Bugatti Bolide, the brand’s exclusive racetrack car, while adopting the refined elegance of a road-going Bugatti. Much as a Type 57 Tank and a Type 57 SC Atlantic share the same platform yet possess entirely different characters, the Destrier debuting amidst Car Week is something impossible, made tangible: speed, sculpted in perfection.
