Description
Assist the Director of Participant Relations with projects and communications related to Entrants, Judges and participants. Strong focus on project management and reporting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in management of multiple projects related to Entrants, Judges and Participants
- Plan and deploy strategy for various mailing projects
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to Military volunteers
- Maintain and assist with Judge website
- Create and maintain accurate reports on all Participants
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Perform other administrative or clerical duties as needed
- General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and answering phones
Education & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of college in related field
- Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and databases
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Experience in personnel management
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Details
- May – Aug/Sept, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (times will vary within these hours)
- Must have open availability during week leading up to Day of Show (August 18, 2024) as hours vary
- Reports to Director of Participant Relations
- Paid position
